I am Alessandro Porto, founder of CHIC bar catering.

I immediately embarked on my journey in the world of catering, but it was only when I discovered mixology that my passion found its true calling. I trained in Milan where I had the opportunity to improve myself with specialized courses and work in some of the most prestigious hotels in Italy, such as the Bulgari hotel , the Bamboo bar of the Armani hotel and the NH touring . I also collaborated with well-known catering, further refining my skills.

After gaining this experience (but it's just the beginning) I decided to go back home to start my project.
